Smelly mixed peanuts (or fragrant dried), our local specialties; it is also a family dish that we have eaten for decades; it is one of the favorite snacks when my father was alive; we were children at the time , I like its sweet and sour taste and the fragrance of peanuts.
Later, after having a small family, I didn’t expect that their father and son would also love to eat, so every time my family made this dish, I would rush to eat it with his dad. I felt that it really fulfilled the saying: It’s not that a family doesn’t enter the house~~ ~

Parsley Stinky Dry Mixed Peanuts

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Wash the coriander and cut into small pieces

3. Smash the garlic, dry clean and cut into small pieces

4. Put the peanuts in a bowl together (PS: peanuts will be more fragrant without peeling)

5. Put salt, sugar, rice vinegar, balsamic vinegar, sesame oil, chili oil and fresh shellfish into a bowl and stir well

6. Pour into a large bowl with coriander and peanuts

7. Use a spoon to mix up and down, and then sprinkle some white sesame seeds to increase the fragrant

Tips:

1. If you don’t like stinky dryness, you can change it to fragrant dryness or your favorite
2. The taste is as everyone likes. My family has always loved sweet and sour with a little spicy taste.
