In winter, it’s the season to eat reed wormwood. This season’s reed wormwood is really tender, with stinky dryness, and it’s super flavorful.

Stir-fried Wormwood

1. All materials washed and set aside

2. Then cut it all up

3. Add oil to the pot and stir-fry the chili for a spicy taste

4. Add the smelly dry, stir fry the reed wormwood

5. Add the right amount of salt, seasoning with chicken essence and stir fry evenly

6. Just install it

Tips:

1. Don't eat spicy food, chili can be omitted
2. Artemisia reed is relatively tender and does not need to be fried for long
