Fried Snails

Ingredients: snails (washed), garlic (chopped), ginger slices, dried chili (cut open), chives

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a pot, add dried chili, garlic and ginger to the pot.

Next, add the washed snails and add 3 tablespoons of cooking wine.

Stir fry and bring to a boil.
