Fried Snails with Capers
1.
Boil the snails in water, remove their shells, remove their tails, rinse them, drain them, and put them on a plate for later use
2.
Cut the capers into appropriate lengths (the first recipe in the homemade capers tutorial is, so it’s more hygienic to make them yourself)
3.
Stir-fry the ginger and garlic in a hot pan until fragrant.
4.
Add the snail meat and fry the water.
5.
After removing the moisture from the snail meat, add the capers and stir fry together.
6.
Add three spoons of homemade chopped peppers (Hunan people prefer to make these by themselves, you can buy them at the supermarket if you don't make them)
7.
Add two tablespoons of chili powder and stir fry for a while (if you can't eat spicy food, you can leave it out), add an appropriate amount of water and cook for two or three minutes to make the dishes more delicious.
8.
Take out the pan and serve.
9.
Serving a bowl of rice and two spoons of vegetables, this taste, why do you have no appetite in summer? If it doesn't exist, two bowls of rice are proper.
Tips:
1. Some people may say that they haven't seen the addition of salt. The capers and chopped peppers have enough salt to contain other dishes!
2. The snail meat can also be purchased directly, but I feel that I cook it better, and I am afraid that the snail meat will be deadly smelly.
3. If the capers will not soak, you can read my first recipe or chat with me privately.
