Fried Spicy Shrimp and Potatoes

1. Green prawns go to the shrimp, gun and shrimp line, wash and set aside.

2. Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices, soak them in clean water for a while to remove the starch.

3. Wash the green pepper and cut into small pieces.

4. Cut a piece of ginger into slices.

5. Put the ginger slices in a hot pot with cold oil.

6. Add the green prawns and stir-fry until the color changes.

7. Add potato chips and continue to stir fry.

8. Add a little light soy sauce to mix.

9. Add a pinch of salt, add water and bring to a boil.

10. When the potatoes are ripe, add the chili cubes and stir fry.

11. Out of the pot!
