Fried Squid Rings
1.
1. Cut the squid into circles; (after cleaning the fresh squid, the black film on the surface needs to be removed, soak it in boiling water for a while and then rub it off)
2.
2. Add appropriate amount of salt, pepper, and cooking wine, mix well and marinate;
3.
3. Beat the eggs, put the cornstarch and bread crumbs in the container separately;
4.
4. Dip the squid rings in corn starch, egg liquid and bread crumbs in sequence;
5.
Put oil in the pan, heat to 60 to 70% heat, and fry on medium heat until golden brown; dip it in the salad dressing, and it's ready to start.
Tips:
1. Squid rings can also be bought ready-made, available in supermarket freezers.
2. Heat the oil to 6 or 7 minutes to fry (after the squid rings are put into the pot, the surrounding hot oil will bubble).
3. The dipping sauce can also be salt and pepper or tomato sauce, whichever suits your taste.
