Fried Squid Roll with Lily

Prepare the materials first.

Cut the colored pepper into small pieces.

Break the lily and wash, cut the green onion into small sections, and slice the ginger and garlic.

The squid is cleaned and peeled, then cut into triangular pieces with a flower knife.

The cut squid is blanched in boiling water and rolled up and immediately removed and drained.

Heat the pan, sauté the onion, ginger, and garlic until fragrant.

Pour in the squid and lily and stir-fry until the lily becomes transparent.

Add the colored peppers and stir well, add some salt and pepper to taste.
