Fried Squid Shreds

Wash the squid head and change it to a knife for later use.

Cut the green onion into sections, slice the ginger, smash the garlic, and cut the sweet pepper into thin slices.

After the water is boiled, blanch the squid head.

After blanching the water, remove it and rinse with cold water.

Saute garlic and ginger slices with oil in a hot pan.

Add bell peppers and stir fry.

Put the squid head into the pot.

Add salt, chicken essence, oyster sauce and stir fry quickly over high heat.

Add scallions and stir fry before serving.

Finished product.
Tips:
The process of frying requires the whole process to be fired. The squid head is blanched, and the fire can be quickly cooked.
