Carrot Squid Noodle Soup
1.
Juice the carrots and set aside.

Add flour and carrot juice to the noodle maker.
3.
Press out the thin noodles and set aside.
4.
Wash the squid head and dice, shred the ginger, chop the leeks, beat the eggs and set aside.

Put peanut oil in the pot and saute the ginger.
6.
Stir fry the diced squid and add water.
7.
After the water boils, pour in the egg liquid.
8.
Add the leeks and bring to a boil.
9.
Put water in the pot, boil and add the noodles.
10.
Just float the noodles.
11.
Scoop up the noodles.
12.
Add the squid soup, carrot squid noodles. . .
Tips:
The noodles extruded by the noodle machine are very strong and can be cooked for a while.
