Ingredients

Stir-fried Squid with Chili Sauce and Onion

1. Wash the squid head and cut into sections.

2. Wash and shred the onion.

3. Add 2 tablespoons of hot sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, appropriate amount of very fresh soy sauce, and a small amount of water to the bowl and mix thoroughly.

4. Add the squid to the pan and stir-fry.

5. Add the prepared hot sauce and stir fry.

6. Add shredded onion and stir fry evenly.

7. Fry until the onion is broken, add salt and stir well.

Tips:

The hot sauce should be adjusted in advance to prevent rushing when frying.
