Fried Squid with Broccoli

Wash the squid, take out the vertebrae and white mucous membrane resembling plastic pieces in the belly.

Cut the squid apart and cut into slices.

Cut the red pepper into pieces, peel the garlic and pat flat.

Cut broccoli into small florets and wash.

Boil water in a pot, add broccoli soup and cook for 3 minutes.
