Fried Squid with Mustard and Daylily

Ingredients: fresh day lily (washed)

Squid (washed)

Mustard shreds

Cut the squid on the chopping board and set aside.

Next, put the day lily in a pot of boiling water, blanch for 2 minutes, then remove it.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the squid, add some cooking wine and stir fry.

Then, combine the day lily and mustard greens and stir fry.
