Homemade Dried Day Lily

Fresh day lily, cleaned.

Boil the water, blanch the daylily for one minute after the water is boiled.

Remove and put in cold water.

After natural cooling, remove, squeeze out the water, and evenly spread on the dustpan.

Put it in the big sun ☀️ for 2-3 days (you need to bring it in at night).

It's fine when it's in this state, it doesn't stick to each other, and it's dry.

The sun-dried day lily should be sealed and stored to avoid moisture regain.

You can eat it slowly 😀.
Tips:
Knead the daylily 2~3 times during the drying process, usually when the moisture is regained the next morning after spreading, 5~0 minutes each time, the function is to press out the water, so that the internal fat and balsam are properly exuded. Increase oiliness, luster and fragrance.
