Fried Steamed Winter Melon with Tempeh

Peel the wax gourd, remove the flesh, wash, cut into wax gourd slices, and then cut the wax gourd with a knife on both sides;

Remove the stems and seeds of the bell pepper, wash and dice;

Heat up the wok, pour in an appropriate amount of vegetable oil; put the wax gourd slices in the pan, fry over a medium-to-low heat until the surface is slightly yellow, and then serve;

Leave the bottom oil in the pot and fry the fragrant tempeh;

Place the sliced winter melon on a plate, pour the freshly fried tempeh, and pour a little tempeh sauce;

Sprinkle with diced bell peppers and pour in some light soy sauce;

Sprinkle an appropriate amount of salt;

Put the winter melon in a steamer and steam for 10 minutes;

Serve and sprinkle with chives.
Tips:
If you have tempeh sauce, you can lay it directly on the melon slices without frying;
