Cut the tofu into slightly thicker slices, put them on the chopping board and let them dry for 1 hour, and put two bottles of stinky tofu in a bowl

Crush it with a spoon, then add a little stinky tofu soup and stir well (the amount of stinky tofu depends on your fresh tofu, try not to put too much stinky tofu, it is too salty)

Put each slice of tofu into the fresh-keeping box, and finally pour the remaining stinky tofu, and put the lid in the refrigerator to marinate overnight (the fresh-keeping box must be tightly closed, and then wrap several layers of plastic bags) , Don’t let the smell of stinky tofu fill the refrigerator)

Take out the marinated stinky tofu, first put a colander or a strainer to control the excess stinky tofu soup on the surface of the stinky tofu, otherwise it will splash and drip when it is fried, which is too dangerous

Put vegetable oil in the pot and heat to 60% heat, add stinky tofu on both sides and fry it until golden brown

Remove the oil control, wash and chop coriander, put sesame sauce in a small bowl, and add a little light soy sauce

Then add an appropriate amount of cold boiling water to make a thin paste, add a little chili oil and stir evenly, pour it on the fried stinky tofu, and finally sprinkle coriander on the surface.
