Fried Stone Snails with Sour Bamboo Shoots and Perilla

Ingredients: perilla, sour bamboo shoots, semi-fat lean pork, garlic, ginger and dried chili

Wash the bought stone snails with clean water.

Cut the pork into a wok and fry to get the oil out, then remove the oil and drain it. The oil residue is ready for use.

In a separate pot, put the sour bamboo shoots in a wok and fry to dry the water.

Then add chili, ginger and garlic and stir fry together.

After the sour bamboo shoots and other ingredients are fragrant, put the stone snails and stir fry together with light soy sauce.

In order to increase the meaty taste, add oil residue.

Cover the pan and simmer for ten minutes to let the stone snails cook thoroughly.

Finally, add the perilla and stir-fry evenly before serving
