Fried Tofu

A piece of tofu.

Cut into small pieces and blanch.

Prepare a little tomato sauce (there is no red tomato sauce at home, I used yellow tomato sauce), wash and slice green peppers and carrots, and prepare some chopped green onions.

Heat in a pan and add some oil to sauté the scallions and carrots.

Add yellow tomato sauce and stir fry.
6.
Add tofu and stir fry.
7.
Stir fry with some oyster sauce, some salt, and some five-spice powder.
8.
Stir fry with green peppers.
9.
Tofu that you never get tired of.
