It is very convenient to fry tofu with an electric baking pan. It is not sticky at all. The old tofu in salted water is added with the fresh and tender shrimp paste. After frying until it is fried, the deliciousness of the shrimp paste is integrated into the light tofu, and the bottom is crispy and delicious. Very delicious.

Fried Tofu in Electric Baking Pan

1. First cut the tofu into even thin slices

2. Shrimp and chopped green onion into puree

3. Add cooking wine, black pepper, oyster sauce, salt and stir to make it sticky

4. Spread the shrimp paste evenly on the tofu

5. Prepare chopped peppers, use light soy sauce and dark soy sauce, and white sugar to make a juice

6. Pour the oil after preheating the electric baking pan up and down

7. Put it in neatly and cover for a minute

8. Then turn it on, turn off the upper gear, and add chopped peppers evenly

9. Then slowly add the adjusted sauce from the bottom and fry for half a minute.

Tips:

When adding the sauce at the end, add it from top to bottom, by the way, tilt the electric baking pan a bit, be careful of hot hands
