Fried Toon Fish

Wash the toon buds to control the moisture, and cut off the roots with scissors

Boil water in a pot and add toon sprouts

Catch it when it turns green

Take a pot and add an appropriate amount of flour

Tips:
1. The roots of toon buds are usually older and need to be cut off
2. Toon sprouts pat dry the starch first, and then stick the batter to make it difficult to de-batter
3. It can be eaten directly, you can also sprinkle some salt and pepper powder or dip it in water
