Fried Toon Fish

Select the fresh toon and remove the hard part at the back.

Toon should be rinsed with clean water.

Then blanch it in a pot of boiling water, remembering to add a little salt.

The blanching water takes less than a minute and throws it into cold water to pull it out.

Stir the two eggs into a bowl.

Toon with added dry water

Wrap the egg liquid directly and fry it in the hot oil until it is fried. The oil temperature is 70% to 80% hot!

Fry on medium heat until golden brown and can be fished out.

Eat crispy and delicious after oil control!
Tips:
① Toon contains nitrite. Let it be cold or stir-fried, and blanch it before frying. \n②This toon is crispy and tender when fried hot. Let it cool and it may become soft. So it tastes better while it's hot.
