Pour the whole egg liquid into the flour.

Add salt.

Stir into a uniform batter without particles.
4.
Wash the toon buds and control the moisture.
5.
Use scissors to cut off the roots.
6.
Sprinkle dry starch on the toon buds and pat them evenly.

Fry over medium-low heat until the surface of the toon buds are golden brown.
Tips:
1. The roots of toon buds are usually old and need to be cut off.
2. Toon sprouts pat dry the starch first, and then stick the batter to make it difficult to de-batter.
