Fried Tsubaki Fish

After the toon is picked from the tree, you should choose the tender shoots to make this fried toon fish and rinse it off with washing water.

Add appropriate amount of water to the pot. After the water is boiled, add a little salt (the amount of salt is not included in the recipe). Put the toon in the blanched water and take it out.

Immediately throw it into cold water, cool thoroughly and remove it, and control the water.

Put the eggs, starch, flour and salt together in a bowl.

Just add a little water and stir to make a batter, not too thin or too thick.

After stirring, you can take a piece of toon leaf and try it if it can hang.

Pour the right amount of Fulinmen oil into the pot.

When the oil temperature reaches 70% hot, put the battered toon in the pan and fry it.

Fry it until golden on both sides and you can get it out.
Tips:
Toon must be blanched before eating, because toon contains a lot of nitrite, it must be blanched.
