Fried Udon Noodles

The udon noodles are put in the water ahead of time and then removed

Beef shredded

Wash broccoli and cut into small florets

Wash and shred carrots

A little oil in the pan, fry the shredded beef

Add black pepper seasoning

Stir-fry evenly and serve, re-start the frying pan and fry the broccoli

Add carrots and season with a pinch of salt

Stir fry with udon noodles

Then add the fried shredded beef

Then add some black pepper seasoning and stir-fry evenly.
Tips:
I use the ready-made black pepper seasoning in the steak. When I don’t have it, I use light soy sauce and salt for my own seasoning. If you like it spicy, you can add some chili sauce.
If you don't like the soft and rotten broccoli, you can add it later, or you can blanch it in advance and add it at the end.
