Fried Udon Noodles with Kimchi

Prepare ingredients: buy udon noodles at the supermarket, open the package and set aside; marinate shrimp with salt, pepper and egg white, cut bacon into small pieces, cut green and colored peppers into diamond-shaped pieces, and cut Korean kimchi into shreds.

Put a few drops of oil and a little salt in the soup pot after boiling the water, then add the udon noodles, and blanch the udon noodles.
