Fried Whitebait

1. Put everything together and mix well

2. Submerged for 20 minutes

3. Put the egg white in a non-stick pan, add oil and heat for 8 minutes, add the fish.

4. Fry until golden on both sides and out of the pan.

5. The finished product looks good and delicious.

Tips:

Don't worry about frying fish, make sure to turn it over.
