Fried Whitebait

Put everything together and mix well

Submerged for 20 minutes

Put the egg white in a non-stick pan, add oil and heat for 8 minutes, add the fish.

Fry until golden on both sides and out of the pan.

The finished product looks good and delicious.
Tips:
Don't worry about frying fish, make sure to turn it over.
