Fried Wild Yellow Croaker

Wash the small yellow croaker.

Add salt, cooking wine, and pepper, mix well.

Cover with plastic wrap and marinate for at least one hour.

The marinated small yellow croaker is wrapped in cornstarch.

Heat the pan, put the oil, the little yellow croaker shakes off the excess starch, and put it in the pan one by one.

Fry the small yellow croaker until it is browned, then turn it over.

Fry until browned on both sides, sprinkle with cumin powder and enjoy.
Tips:
Don't turn the small yellow croaker in a hurry when it just comes out of the pan, wait until it's browned and set, then turn it over.
