Fried Wonton

Bought two packs of quick-frozen shepherd's purse and big wontons and thaw them.

One by one in the pan
3.
Add water, oil, and salt to start frying.
4.
Cover and bring to a boil, simmer on low heat,
5.
Cut the shallots into chopped green onions.
6.
The frying is almost gone, add chopped green onion and simmer for a while.
7.
The fried wontons are golden at the bottom, and it's fine.
Tips:
It is delicious with rice vinegar.
