Fried Wonton

Prepare the wrapped wontons and put them in a cool place to prevent adhesion.

Put water in the pot and bring to a boil. Pour the wontons into the pot and bring to a boil. Slowly cook for 3-5 minutes. Don't cook them too badly.

After floating on the water, the wontons are picked up and rinsed with cold water, drained and dried.

Put oil in the frying pan and heat to 70%.

Put the dried wontons into the pan and fry slowly.

After frying until golden brown, turn the wonton over and continue frying, and fry the wonton until golden brown on both sides.

Drain the fried wontons and put them on a plate.
