Fried Wonton with Different Egg Crust

Mix the chicken and pork puree, add ginger water and egg white, put vector salt in it, and stir in oil

To make a wonton, what you don’t have time to do is just buy ready-made in the market

Adjust the egg mixture, put salt and pepper in it

Fry the wonton in oil

When the wonton is half-cooked, pour the egg mixture and shake the pan to spread the egg mixture evenly on the bottom of the pan

When it's fragrant, sprinkle with chopped green onion to start the pan. If you don't like the sauce, you can eat it directly.

We have topped with Thai sweet chili sauce. You can add your favorite sauce if you don’t like it
