Chicken and Vegetable Pie

Wash the broccoli and break off the small pieces. Boil water in the pot, add broccoli after the water is boiled

Broccoli can be boiled a little longer, and other easy-to-cook vegetables can be blanched.

Remove into a bowl and let dry until room temperature. (Because the cooking machine needs to be operated at room temperature)

Put it in the food processor, no need to add water, because there will be eggs in the back.

Beat in a raw egg.

Beat for 20 seconds to form a puree of vegetables.

Pour the vegetable puree into the flour. It is best to add a small amount several times for easy mixing.

Add the mashed chicken that I made earlier, you can see my other recipes for the preparation method. After stirring well, if it is too dry, you can add some water. Scoop it up with a spoon and drain it slowly.

Put a small amount of oil in the pot, low heat, and scoop into round cakes with a spoon.

Fry until the bubbles are evenly formed on one side, and then you can turn it over.

If you have oil-absorbing paper on the tray, it is best to absorb the excess oil on both sides. It is rushed to take pictures of the tray, and this step is not taken.
Tips:
Be sure to fire on a low heat, otherwise it will become hard and brittle and not suitable for children. Minimize oil and salt. If adults eat, add more salt in moderation.
