After cutting the potatoes in half, put them in the oven with the skins and bake them at 150°C for about a minute until they are cooked. After that, most of the mashed potatoes are dug out (like a potato skin with a pit is left).

Stir the mashed potato of Practice 1 into the mashed chicken and chopped onion, mix well with all the seasonings, and backfill the potato skins.

Brush the potato filling of Method 2 with egg sauce, put it on the baking tray, and put it in the preheated oven, bake at 150°C for about 1 minute until cooked.
