Sharing a 10-minute nutritious breakfast, the way to eat wontons is also diversified. It feels a little hot to eat wontons in soup in summer. Sometimes it will be served cold and occasionally dry fried. This time I added egg liquid on the basis of dry fried. It feels great when paired for breakfast, that is, it is full of food and nutritious.

Fried Wonton with Egg

1. Prepare eggs and quick-frozen wontons

2. Prepare white sesame seeds and chopped green onions

3. Knock the egg into a bowl, add chopped green onion and salt

4. Stir into a homogeneous egg liquid for later use

5. Pour oil in the pan, warm the oil and add the wontons

6. Fry until the bottom is slightly yellow, add half a bowl of water

7. Cover and bake the water and collect it dry

8. Pour the egg liquid along the side of the pot and turn to low heat

9. Add white sesame seeds and chopped green onion and fry until the egg is set, then turn off the heat

Tips:

1. Stir the egg liquid evenly, add a little bottom salt to it to make the bottom taste, the taste is better;
2. It is best to fry in a non-stick pan.
