Fried Yellow Clams

1. Wash the clams

2. Add refined salt

3. Add water and soak for three hours to let the clams spit sand.

4. The clams opened their mouths and vomited sand

5. Prepare green onion, ginger, garlic and minced pepper

6. Bring water to a boil in a pot, add clams.

7. All open and fish out

8. Heat the pan, add oil, stir-fry all seasonings, add soy sauce and rice wine.

9. Pour the clams over high heat and stir-fry for a few times.

Tips:

1. The sand is basically gone through washing and soaking in salt water. Boil it with water again and it will be very clean.
2. Use high heat when frying, not with a shovel, just flip a few times with a large spoon with your hand.
3. When seafood products are fried, put more onions and ginger to remove fishy effects.
