Fried Yogurt

Homemade yogurt, this time I added some sugar in it

Canned yellow peaches cut into small dices

Kiwi fruit peeled and cut into small cubes

Pistachio nuts are crushed with a rolling pin

Prepared raisins and dried cranberries

Prepared fruits: yellow peach, kiwi, raspberry, blackberry, blueberry

Pour the homemade yogurt into the baking dish, if it doesn’t feel sweet, add some maple syrup or honey and stir evenly before pour it in (remember to put greased paper or plastic wrap in the baking dish)

Add the prepared fruit pieces evenly

Add raisins, dried cranberries and chopped pistachios

Shake the baking tray a few times and put it in the refrigerator for more than 2 hours

I freeze it overnight

Shovel it out with a shovel
Tips:
Adjust the fruit variety by yourself. You can add some crushed peanuts to make it more fragrant. The sweetness of the yogurt can also be adjusted by yourself. Remember to put greased paper or plastic wrap on the baking tray for easy removal.
