Cantonese people always eat hot pot without fried yuba.
Mi Da likes to eat too.
So sometimes I will fry a little bit by myself because it’s cleaner and hygienic.”

Ingredients

Fried Yuba

1. I bought half a catty of yuba at the market

2. Sitting in the pot with oil. (I’m used to putting less oil every time. It didn’t work when it was fried. If you are not too familiar, you can put twice as much oil as in my picture.) If the oil is 80% hot, turn to medium or small Fire and put in the yuba

3. Then use chopsticks to flip quickly. Remember to use medium and small fire to fry

4. During the process, remember to keep turning over to make the yuba fried evenly (you can add a little more and fry it according to your own. More oil will make it easier to operate)

5. Fry until golden and you can pick it up
