Fried Yuba with Black Fungus

Preparation of main raw materials.

Break the yuba into inch sections and put them in a deep bowl, soak in water for about 1 hour.

Dried black fungus, soak in water for about 1 hour.

Soaked black fungus, yuba, all clean.

Remove the seeds and cut the green and red peppers, cut the chives into small sections, and cut the ginger into thin strips.

Boil water in a pot, boil the yuba and blanch them for about 1 minute.

Tips:
1: When soaking the yuba, press a plate on the top of the container, so that all the yuba can be immersed in water.
2: The yuba, blanch it first, to remove part of the grease.
