Fried Yuba with Leek and Moss

Wash the leek moss to remove the flowers and cut into inch pieces.

Cut the soaked yuba into long strips.
3.
Cut the ham into strips.

Put a little oil in the pot, add the yuba and stir fry for a while.

Add the ham and stir fry out of the pan.

Put the oil in a separate pot, add the leek and stir fry.

When the leek is soft, add the fried yuba and ham.
8.
Add salt and oyster sauce to taste.
Tips:
The leek can be tasted with a little salt in advance, and finally mixed for seasoning.
