Fried Yuba with Leek and Moss

1. Wash the leek moss to remove the flowers and cut into inch pieces.

2. Cut the soaked yuba into long strips.

3. Cut the ham into strips.

4. Put a little oil in the pot, add the yuba and stir fry for a while.

Tips:
