Frog Icing Cookies

Put the softened butter, powdered sugar, egg liquid, and light cream in the cooking bowl;

Stir evenly with an electric whisk;

Add milk powder and sifted low-gluten powder;

Mix well with a spatula, without dry flour;

Knead into a smooth dough and let stand for 30 minutes;

Roll into a 3mm thick dough sheet (5mm thick is also possible), draw a paper in advance and cut it out, put it on the dough sheet and cut out the shape with a knife;

Carefully transfer the cut noodles into the baking tray, preheat the oven to 150 degrees, and bake for 15 minutes;

Take an egg white, add 150 grams of powdered sugar and stir it with chopsticks, then use an electric whisk until it is viscous, which is the frosting;

Select the desired pigments and adjust the colored frosting; follow the pattern drawn in advance and draw it. After the painted frosting is dry, the pattern will be finalized.
