Frog in Love with Bear (squeezing Bread)
1.
In addition to the butter, put the other raw materials of the main dough into the bread in the order of the bottom liquid, the middle flour, the upper sugar, salt and yeast, start a kneading program, knead until a thicker film can be pulled out and then add the butter .
2.
Start the kneading program again, 15 minutes, after kneading to the expansion stage, this time can hold out a thinner film.
3.
Turn on the fermentation program of the bread machine, and ferment for one minute until the dough expands twice as large. Dip a hole in the flour with your fingers, and the fermentation is complete if it does not shrink or collapse.
4.
After the fermented dough is exhausted with a rolling pin, divide them into 16 equal parts. After rounding, cover with plastic wrap and relax for 15 minutes.
5.
The loose dough is flattened, rounded again, and placed in the baking tray one by one.
6.
The shaped dough is placed in the oven and fermented at 36°C. It takes about 30 minutes to ferment to twice its size.
7.
During the fermentation of the dough, we will make the Okepi dough. Combine all the materials of Okapi together.
8.
Just knead it into a smooth dough.
9.
After that, separate 16 small 3g doses to make the frog's eyes and round them for later use. Roll out the remaining oak peel dough with a rolling pin.
10.
Find a circle of suitable size and cut out a few round dough pieces.
11.
Take out the fermented dough, dip a little water behind the frog's eyes, and place the small dose in the corresponding position. (Remember to put it in the middle, I must be the bear who has done too much, and habitually put the small doses on both sides.)
12.
Brush the surface of the dough thinly with water, stick a round dough sheet, and make the bear's face.
13.
Put the finished dough into the preheated oven, heat up and down at 170°C, in the middle layer, and bake for 25 minutes.
14.
After being out of the oven, unmold, put it on a grill to cool, and use a pigmented pen to draw an expression.
Tips:
1. Please adjust the amount of milk according to the water absorption of flour.
2. The baking time and temperature are for reference only, please adjust yourself according to the temper of your own oven.
3. Cover with tin foil in the last 8 minutes of baking to prevent the color from becoming too dark.
4. There is no pigment pen to draw expressions with melted chocolate.
5. This time the frog's eyes feel that 3g is not enough. You can multiply the amount of Okepi by 1.5 times and make the eyes 5g.
6. Remember to put your eyes in the middle, don't habitually put small doses on both sides like me.
7. Barley grass powder can be replaced with matcha powder, I just ran out of matcha powder.
