Frog Pot

I went to the supermarket and bought 2 frogs for $13.24. Although a little expensive, they are still very large.

One is bigger than my palm, so I only burned one today.

Cut the frog into pieces, remove the nails, wash and drain.

Put the green onion and 4 slices of ginger into a bowl, add a little water, and knead out the green onion and ginger water.

Add green onion and ginger water, cooking wine, fuel consumption, a little dark soy sauce and a little white pepper, and stir well.

Add some starch, mix well, and marinate for 20 minutes.

During the marinating time, we prepare the side dishes, dice green and red peppers, mince garlic, slice pork belly, slice tofu with friends with tofu, and chop onions with friends with onions.

I used tofu, so the tofu was fried a little bit until golden on both sides.
