Frosted Fondant Cake
1.
Put the egg whites in a water-free and oil-free basin, use an electric whisk to make bubbles and add the lemon juice
2.
Continue to beat until the whisk is picked up, the egg white can stand a small tip
3.
Add the icing sugar three times and beat until smooth
4.
Pour the icing sugar into the piping bag and set aside
5.
Use a toothpick to add color to the fondant paste to adjust the color you want
6.
Spread a layer of white oil on the rubber pad, roll the fondant cream into a thin slice to cover the cake. It is best to roll it up a bit larger so that the surface will be flat
7.
Remove the excess fondant paste on the side
8.
Use a pattern mold to gently press out the pattern
9.
Cut a small opening for the piping bag, don’t cut it too big, and squeeze the icing along the flower print
10.
I use a pen for oil painting, so I put some water on it
11.
Make a few strokes on the surface of the frosting
12.
After I started printing, I remembered that the lace was not done. The original color fondant cream was rubbed into a long strip around the bottom of the cake, and the spiral pattern was pressed with a tool.
13.
After drawing all of them, use a small mold to print one
14.
Continue to draw in the same way
15.
Squeeze out
16.
I printed a little flower on the side
17.
And leaves
18.
butterfly
19.
When it’s done, it’s the first one to print the double layer, and the other one is one layer. This cake is small, but if it’s a big cake, it’s still nice
