Frozen Cheesecake with Blueberry Sauce
1.
Put Oreo biscuits in a fresh-keeping bag. Oreo cookies (remove the white part in the middle) crush them with a rolling pin.
2.
Put the butter in a bowl and melt the insulated water.
3.
Pour the melted butter into the biscuits.
4.
Mix well
5.
Put a piece of greased paper on the bottom of the mold, pour the mixed biscuits into the mold, and compact it by hand for later use.
6.
Soak 2 pieces of gelatine in cold water (if isinglass powder is used, mix the isinglass powder and water, and then heat in insulated water until it is completely melted).
7.
Remove the soaked gelatine slices, drain the water, and put them in a container. Heat the insulated water to melt for later use (temporarily put the bowl in hot water to keep the gelatine slices in a melted state).
8.
Put the cream cheese in a basin, and put a warm water basin (between 35-40 degrees) underneath, and stir the cream cheese through warm water until it becomes thick, smooth and non-grainy.
9.
Whisk whipped cream and sugar until 6 and distribute.
10.
Pour the whipped cream into the cream cheese paste. Mix the two thoroughly.
11.
Pour the melted gelatin. Then add blueberry jam.
12.
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly to form a blueberry jam cheese paste.
13.
Pour the mixed cheese batter into the mould with the bottom of the cake. Put it in the refrigerator and chill until the cheese paste is set.
14.
Pour 1 tablespoon blueberry jam into a bowl
15.
Add about 100 grams of cold boiled water and stir well.
16.
Soak 1 piece of gelatine in cold water, remove it, drain the water, and put it in a container and heat it with insulated water until it melts.
17.
Mix the melted gelatin slices and blueberry jam juice, let cool, and serve as mirror pectin.
18.
Pour the cool mirror pectin onto the surface of the frozen cake. Put it in the refrigerator and refrigerate until the mirror surface is solidified. Wrap it with a hot towel and leave it for 1-2 minutes to release the mold. Or use a hair dryer to blow outside the mold for a short time to easily release it.
