Oreo Fritters
1.
Prepare ingredients: Oreo cookies (chocolate sandwich)
2.
High-gluten flour and eggs
3.
First scrape out the sandwich in the biscuits with a knife for later use
4.
The biscuits are rolled in a food bag
5.
Rolled into a fine powder for later use
6.
Pour water and corn oil (you can also use butter) in a pot to boil and turn off the heat
7.
Pour in biscuits, high-gluten flour and eggs
8.
Stir well and make a batter
9.
Put the biscuit batter into the piping bag
10.
Extrusion of long strip
11.
Then put it in the refrigerator and freeze for more than 2 hours (due to something that day, it won’t be fried until the next day)
12.
Take out the dough sticks in advance and let them warm for a few minutes, and then put them in the seven layers of oil to fry them. When the dough sticks float up, fry them for a while to remove them. After removing them, place them on absorbent paper to absorb the excess oil.
13.
Put the biscuit filling in the microwave oven, bite it on high heat for 20 seconds and mix thoroughly. This becomes the creamy chocolate sauce
14.
Finally, sprinkle powdered sugar on the fried dough sticks and dip them in the creamy chocolate filling sauce. Enjoy it.
Tips:
1. The filling of biscuits can be purchased according to your favorite taste
2. If you don’t feel sweet enough, you can add sugar in step 6, but I don’t think the sweetness is enough if you don’t add sugar.
3. The oil temperature of deep-fried dough sticks must be higher, otherwise the deep-fried dough sticks will stick to the pan. It will be better if fried in a non-stick pan; the frying time should not be too long, otherwise it will become bitter.
4. You can also add cinnamon powder to the powdered sugar and sprinkle it
5. Fresh fried dough sticks are crispy on the outside and tender in the inside. Eat them while they are hot, and they will become soft when they are cold. It is recommended to eat as much as you want, but you can make more raw dough sticks and freeze them as you eat them.
