Frozen Tofu in Casserole

Frozen tofu melts, wash, and control the moisture

Green onion and ginger, aniseed in it, top with mushrooms, rape, carrots, pork belly, and ham and sea rice.

Add appropriate amount of broth, refined salt, Shao wine

Cover and simmer for 20 minutes

Turn off the heat, add chicken essence to adjust your mouth, sprinkle with coriander, and enjoy
Tips:
Chicken essence and shrimp skin already contain salt, so add less salt. If there is no chicken soup, use water instead
