Frozen Tofu Stewed with Cabbage

Prepare ginger slices and cut frozen tofu into cubes

Cut the shallots into sections and the cabbage into sections
3.
Heat oil in a pot, add sliced ginger, spring onion, star anise, dried chili, and sauté on high heat
4.
Pour in frozen tofu, broth and pepper
5.
Add salt, chicken powder, water, simmer on high heat for 10 minutes
