Frozen Tofu Stewed with Cabbage

The cabbage heart is torn into pieces and washed repeatedly, and cut into strips longitudinally.

Frozen tofu is thawed in cold water, and then the water is removed.

Add appropriate amount of oil to the wok, saute allspice and chopped green onion, add a little homemade chili sauce and stir-fry, add cabbage strips and stir fry.

Stir-fry the cabbage strips until they become soft and fry out the moisture, so that there will be no taste of cabbage water when eating.

Add the right amount of water, then add the frozen tofu, and bring to a boil.

Simmer on medium heat for about 5 minutes, leaving a portion of the broth for the frozen tofu to be delicious, add a bit of salt to taste.

Out of the pot.
Tips:
1. Frozen tofu will have the sour taste of tofu. If you don't like this taste, you can blanch it in boiling water and then stew it.
2. How to eat frozen tofu for weight loss, remember to boil it with clear soup, in order to achieve the purpose of effective weight loss and fat reduction.
3. I don't like spicy food. Use light soy sauce to season it before serving, it's just as delicious.
