Frozen Tofu Stewed with Cabbage

                                Main ingredients: Chinese cabbage, frozen tofu (thawed), spring onions

                                Break the cabbage into lumps, wash and drain

                                Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped green onions
                                    
                            
                            
                                4.
                                Add the cabbage and stir fry until it collapses

                                Cook the light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly

                                Add appropriate amount of water
                                    
                            
                            
                                7.
                                After boiling, add frozen tofu
                                    
                            
                            
                                8.
                                Simmer on low heat for about 8 minutes, add salt to taste
                                    
                            
                            
                                9.
                                Simmer for another 2 minutes, then turn off the heat. Out of the pot and plate
                                    
                            
                            
                                Tips: 
                                Put a few slices of pork belly and stew together, it will taste better.
