Frozen Tofu Stewed with Cabbage and Sea Oysters

Wash the cabbage and cut into slices.

Chop the green onion, ginger and chili.
3.
Cut frozen tofu into small pieces.
4.
Take the meat from sea oysters and set aside.

Heat oil in a pot and add green onion, ginger, chili and saute until fragrant.

Add cabbage and stir fry.

Add the frozen tofu and stir fry for a while.

Add Weijixian soy sauce and stir fry evenly.
9.
Add appropriate amount of water and simmer.

When the soup is almost dry, add sea oyster meat and stir fry.

Finally, add salt and mix thoroughly.
Tips:
Sea oysters have saltiness, so add a little less when adding salt.
