Frozen Tofu with Mushroom Ears

Prepare oyster mushrooms, Chinese sausage, black fungus, and frozen tofu.

Cut frozen tofu and sausage into small pieces; wash and tear off oyster mushrooms and black fungus.

Heat the oil in the rice cooker, pour in the sausage and fry out the oil.

Pour in the fungus and the mushrooms and stir well.
5.
Add frozen tofu, pour in some cold water, and bring to a boil.
6.
Add red bean paste and simmer for 20 minutes.
7.
Cook the frozen tofu, adjust the flavor and put it on the plate for consumption.
