Take out a bird's nest and soak it in warm water. (Don’t buy the bird’s nest which is especially white and perfect, because it may be bleached and glued)
2.
After the bird’s nest is soaked, prepare the tweezers to pick the bird’s feathers.
3.
After torn into strips, rinse slowly with clean water.

Pick the ready-made bird's nest and put it into the stewing pot, add pure water.

10.
Put the prepared fruit in the bird's nest and you can eat it. It tastes great! (Remind you all beautiful women to prepare for pregnancy! It’s better to eat bird’s nest on an empty stomach for absorption) A confession of a professional bird’s nest foodie
